Refund Policy

 

(I) For the United States and the European Union Regions

 

Refund Period and Requirements: The goods should be returned to the designated warehouse within 14 days after purchase, and the corresponding express tracking number should be provided. Meanwhile, it is necessary to ensure that the products are in a new condition. Only in this way can a full refund be enjoyed.

 

(II) For Japan and Other Regions

 

Refund Period: A refund can be applied for within 3 days after purchase.

 

Special Circumstances Explanation: Due to the fact that the goods are located in these countries, involving international import and export transportation and customs duty policies, once the goods pass through the customs at the place of dispatch, a full refund will not be supported.

 

II. Package Inspection upon Receipt

 

After receiving the package, it is required to unpack it and carefully inspect whether there is any damage.

 

III. Regulations Regarding Rejection of Packages

 

Responsibility for Costs: If a customer rejects the order package, CUBYFUN will not bear any shipping fees related to it, nor will it refund the shipping fees that have already been paid.

 

Responsibility for Receiving: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that he/she or the recipient is present at the delivery address to receive the express delivery, or to arrange an authorized person to receive the delivery on behalf of the customer according to the policies of the express delivery company.

 

Costs for Reshipping: If a customer rejects the package and the package is returned to CUBYFUN, CUBYFUN has the right to charge the customer the shipping fees for reshipping the package.
